Wiserr PB-IG is a content-operations tool that connects to Instagram professional
(Creator/Business) accounts via Instagram Login and helps the account owner
prepare, review, and publish Instagram content — reels, images, and carousels —
with explicit human review of final content and separate authorization before
publication. If the Insights capability is enabled and authorized, the app may
read account and media performance metrics so the owner can understand
performance.
The app is a private operational tool, not a consumer social product. It is used
by or on behalf of the Instagram account owner.
We collect only what the app needs to function, through Meta's official APIs
and only after you connect your Instagram account and grant permission:
instagram_business_basic): your Instagram user ID andusername, so the app knows which account it is working with.
instagram_business_content_publish):media files, captions, and publishing parameters you explicitly approve for
publication to your connected account.
account and media performance metrics for your connected account, used for
reporting to you.
solely to make authorized API calls on your behalf. Stored securely, never in
source code or logs.

We do not intentionally collect direct messages, comments, contact lists, or
profiles of other Instagram users. Performance data may include aggregated

law or to service providers necessary to operate the service, as described above.

according to our backup-retention schedule and are not used for further API

configured, before go-live.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time
(see Data Deletion). Revoking access prevents further authorized API access.
Where supported by our integration, we also use Meta's deauthorization signal
to initiate our account-disconnection and deletion workflow.
The production deployment is verified before go-live to: keep secrets and tokens
out of source code and logs; restrict access to stored tokens; redact
authorization headers and tokens in request logs; serve all traffic over HTTPS;
encrypt backups and restrict access to them; and provide a secret-rotation path.
No credentials are stored in source code, logs, or chat systems.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and,
where practical, notify you before the change takes effect.
