Request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of the data Wiserr PB-IG holds about you at any time:

• Email: send a deletion request to privacy@wiserr.io. Subject line:

Deletion request — Wiserr PB-IG. We verify your identity against the

connected Instagram account before processing.

• Revoke in Instagram: go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites →

remove Wiserr PB-IG. Revoking access prevents further authorized API

access; where supported by our integration, our system uses Meta's

deauthorization signal to initiate the account-disconnection and deletion

workflow.

What gets deleted

When we receive a verified deletion request, we delete:

• Your Instagram OAuth tokens and any stored session credentials (immediately).
• Stored identifiers for your connected account (user ID, username).
• Content drafts staged for your account, and personal data contained in local

publishing records — except limited records we must retain for security,

legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

We process verified requests promptly and target completion within 30 days.

What this does not delete

Deleting data from Wiserr PB-IG does not automatically delete content or records

maintained independently by Meta. To remove published posts, reels, or media,

delete them directly in the Instagram app.

Confirmation

After deletion is complete, we confirm by reply to the requesting email address.

For revocations received through Meta's deauthorization signal, we record

completion of the disconnection workflow in our system logs.
